Real Estate Solutions (RES) is an industrial and logistics focused real estate development and investment platform, wholly owned and funded by DHL Supply Chain.
Founded in 2016 RES have globally delivered 54 million sq.ft. of logistics floorspace, including 1.3m sq.ft. in the UK.
Originally created as an in-house development vehicle, RES has evolved into a market leading third party development business with an initial focus within North America.
RES have delivered 3.95m sq.ft. of speculative and pre-let developments on behalf of tenants such a RJW Logistics, Walgreens, 7 Eleven and Mann & Hummel etc.
Following the success of US third party model RES announced their intention to enter the UK third party development market in 2025, with the acquisition of 100-acre site in Corby, Northamptonshire. With planning secured four a four-unit scheme totalling 1.8m sq.ft. RES will develop one unit for DHL and three for the open market totalling 1,371,607 sq.ft.
