Founded in 2016 RES have globally delivered 54 million sq.ft. of logistics floorspace, including 1.3m sq.ft. in the UK.
Originally created as an in-house development vehicle, RES has evolved into a market leading third party development business with an initial focus within North America.
RES have delivered 3.95m sq.ft. of speculative and pre-let developments on behalf of tenants such as RJW Logistics, Walgreens, 7 Eleven and Mann & Hummel etc.
Following the success of US third party model, RES announced their intention to enter the UK third-party development market in 2025 with the acquisition of a 100-acre site in corby, Northamptonshire. RES will develop 1m sq.ft. for DHL and 800,000 sq. ft. for the open market, starting with the speculative development of a 500,000 sq. ft. cross-dock.
