Description
RES secured an option over 22 acres of greenfield land of Corkscrew Lane in Ashby de la Zouch in 2023. Outline planning permission for 458,000 sq.ft. of logistics floorspace in 2025. RES are currently submitting an RMA with the view to commence the vertical build in 2027.
