Paul is the UK Development Director for RES, responsible for DHL's development activity in the region. 

Paul works closely with DHL Supply Chain’s operational team to identify and implement value-add real estate transactions. Paul has been involved in DHL’s commitment to take 450,000 sq.ft. at Westworks Corby. 

With three decades of customer-focused development experience, Paul has utilised his market knowledge to secure RES land positions in Derby and Ashby-de-la-Zouch to facilitate the refresh of DHL’s portfolio. 

Prior to joining RES in 2022, Paul held a variety of senior roles at Safeway, Foinavon and most recently at Tesco, where he was Head of Property Investment and Professional Services. 

Paul holds a Degree in Surveying from the University of Portsmouth and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
