David is Director of Sustainability for the UK & EMEA regions at RES.

David is responsible for driving the sustainability agenda and implementation across the region, with a focus on integrating environmental and operational best practices into real estate development.

David plays a key role in advancing sustainable development initiatives within large-scale logistics and industrial projects, supporting both the market evolution and DHL's broader decarbonisation and ESG objectives.

Prior to joining RES in 2024, David built his experience in various real estate sectors through consultancy, serving as a Board Director at Wallace Whittle and leading Manchester sustainability team at Hilson Moran.

David holds a degree in Mechanical Enginering from the University of Malta, a master's degree in Building Services Engineering with Sustainable Energy from Brunel University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Open University. He is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).
