Description
RES acquired the 77-acre site in 2021 and submitted a hybrid consent in 2025 for 1.25m sq ft. of industrial floor space. Following the grant of planning permission and energising the site, RES sold the site to Capita Land in August 2025. Secured a hybrid consent in 2025.
